Cancellation & Modification Policy

At EZCustomize, all items are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. Therefore, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it. Please read our cancellation and modification policy below:

🕐 Order Cancellation

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • After 2 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@ezcustomize.com with your order number.

✏️ Order Modification

  • You may request changes to your order (e.g., personalization details, address corrections, product variant, etc.) within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After 2 hours, modifications are no longer guaranteed, as the order may be in production or shipped.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes if your request is received in time.

📌 How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

Please send us an email at support@ezcustomize.com or use our contact form and include the following information (this is required):

  • 🧾 Order number
  • ✏️ The adjustment you'd like to make or the reason for cancellation
  • 📍 Your full delivery address

We’ll review your request and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.

🚫 Exceptions

We are unable to cancel or modify orders in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 2-hour window
  • Orders that have already entered the production or shipping stage
  • Custom orders with finalized designs, mockups, or proofs approved by the customer
