At EZCustomize, your satisfaction is our priority. Each item is made-to-order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always here to help resolve it promptly.
📦 Order Preview & Responsibility
- We offer a “Personalize” button on each product page, allowing you to customize before purchase.
- On the cart page, use the “Preview” button to review your item before checkout.
- Please ensure all personalized details (names, dates, messages, sizes) are correct before placing your order.
✅ Eligible for Free Replacement
We will send a free replacement in the following cases (no need to return the original item):
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Your item arrived with missing components or printing errors (due to our mistake).
To qualify for a replacement, please email us at support@ezcustomize.com with:
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the defective/damaged item
- Short description of the issue
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the package due to unavailability or refusal
- Loss of item due to unsecured delivery location (if tracking shows “Delivered”)
- Requests based on wrong size/color selected by customer (please refer to our size chart before purchase)
💵 Replacement with a Small Fee
In some specific cases, we may offer a discounted replacement with a small fee (instead of full-price reordering):
- You ordered the wrong item/design/size due to a mistake during customization
- The package was returned or destroyed due to an invalid address
📅 Return & Refund Window
- You must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
- After 30 days, we may not be able to offer refund or replacement.
- ⏱️ Refund Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
