All items offered on EZCustomize are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print and prepare each item just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best quality!
We collaborate with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This explains the delivery times listed below, and it’s also how we’re able to offer such amazing pricing on our custom products.

Orders are processed as soon as the payment is accepted.
📦 SHIPPING & HANDLING
During busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, estimated delivery times may extend a few days longer.

Please note:
- The above time frame applies to US orders with standard shipping.
- Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take 7–10 days longer than other US states.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe mentioned, but this is an estimate and can vary case by case.
- Some items/orders may require more time depending on availability, location, or season.
- International orders may take longer due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs delays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package all the way home.

*Applies to Standard Shipping option. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and number of items. Below is the rate for 1-item orders:

For orders with multiple items, shipping fees will be automatically adjusted at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
📦 Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
- Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan and activate tracking updates.
- If tracking info isn't available, it likely means the package hasn’t been scanned yet — it’s still on the way.
- If your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
🚫 Incorrect Address
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect delivery.
- If you ask the carrier to reroute the package after it has shipped, and it gets lost/stolen/damaged, we are not liable.
